6.6 kV, 1250 A, Pluggable: PLUG, the Innovative Connection System.
Our PLUG connection systems enable safe transmission of high electrical power with the smallest possible size of unit. That's why PLUG has proved to be the best wherever maximum reliablity is required under the harshest conditions. In industry, petrochemicals, windpower, railway equipment and shipbuilding; in motors, pumps, emergency supplies, transformers and inverters. Coding of the modular construction system ensures fast assembly and dismantling with no possibility of mix-ups. IP 68 construction allows continuous use in the toughest environment. The PLUG system is also available in an ATEX certified version for hazardous areas. |

Flexible Connections
In automotive and railway technology, in industry, in transformer manufacture and also in welding and electroplating plants there is often a requirement for very individual connection solutions. Our OEM special programme supplies tailored solutions: The emphasis is on flexible connection parts which compensate for vibration, switching shocks and temperature fluctuations. In addition, we provide customised contact and connection parts – from the connector head to complex three-dimensional power distribution systems. We use both traditional shaping methods and modern water jet cutting equipment. This way we can offer a virtually limitless range of contour shaping options. Form follows Function in the best possible sense! |

Flexible connections
Expansion connectors are installed wherever equipment and machines have to cope with vibrations and switching impacts and can not be rigidly connected. Using expansion connectors can compensate for thermal expansion and dimensional errors at the assembly stage. Using flat-core cable and round-core cable connectors provides enhanced flexibility in all planes of movement. Our many years of experience and carefully refined production methods allow us to satisfy virtually every client requirement for press-welded copper and aluminium expansion connectors or for flexible core connectors. |

Plug-in Contacts in Special Versions
We develop and produce special purpose connections for the automotive and railway industry according to customer specifications. For example: Silver-plated contact element with flexible connection tab for the automotive industry. |

Connecting Bolt and Plug-in Contacts
Aluminium and copper connecting bolt pins as well as plug-in contact for high voltage connections can be installed in various industry applications. Press connecting bolts are made for a cable cross section of up to 2000 mm2. If required, the connecting bolts can also be delivered in a bolted version with a tear-off bolt. |

Busbar packs
We build and produce bus bar packages in a compact version for use in switch and control cabinets, for installation in the automotive and railway industries. Taking account of major fluctuations in ambient temperature as well as permanent vibrations, bus bar packages are installed and can be used for many decades. |

Contact Elements for High Voltage Connections
We manufacture every conceivable connection component and contact part, connector rails and current bridges to individual client specifications. These parts are used in power distribution and plating units, welding systems, in automotive manufacturing and in rail vehicles as well as in general machine construction. |

Busbar systems
We rely on our many years of experience in the manufacturing of complex busbar systems. Aluminium or copper rail sections, used for flexible, curved and welded elements also enable complex customer requirements to be satisfied. |
